FROM SEARCH TO SAVED BID

Go beyond another
opportunity alert.

BidDesk is designed for small supply contractors who already know their sourcing lane and want help moving a notice toward a prepared response.

  • Search retained DIBBS RFQs and save your sourcing filters.
  • Open a bid case with its notice and source documents.
  • Prepare supplier inquiries and review imported quote details.
  • Reconcile quantities, costs and requirements before exporting.

A PRACTICAL FIRST ENGAGEMENT

One real RFQ.
A clear next decision.

Start with a scoped pilot. We agree on the RFQ, work included, fee and turnaround before paid work begins.

01

Check the fit

Tell us what you supply, how you find opportunities today and where the process gets stuck.

02

Prepare the response

Work through source review, supplier evidence, requirements and a draft package for a supported RFQ.

03

Measure what changed

Review the result together: what was useful, what remains missing and where the cycle can be shortened.

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE WORKING WITH

Useful assistance.
Clear boundaries.

Source coverage

Current discovery covers retained published-day DIBBS RFQ files. It is not a complete intraday feed or every DLA solicitation type. Daily files do not supply NAICS; unknown values stay visible. Fresh SAM.gov API coverage is not currently available.

Preparation and review

The current supply workflow supports one priced item in USD. Complex multi-line proposals need additional assembly. Supplier drafts require approval, and your authorized operator reviews eligibility, final terms and submission. BidDesk does not guarantee an award or submit a bid for you.

Pilot availability

Workspace access is arranged directly during onboarding. Daily email delivery and supplier sending are enabled only after the recipient and delivery service are configured and verified.
