Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name if supplied, the subject of your request and your message. We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate with you and keep a record of that conversation.

Storage and service providers

Website requests are stored in our hosted database and may be copied into our private operational workspace so we can follow up. Our website hosting and database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email correspondence uses our business email service. These providers process information to operate the service.

Basic technical information

Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The contact endpoint uses a short-lived, daily hashed network identifier to limit automated abuse. We do not place advertising trackers on this website or sell inquiry information.

Retention and access

We retain inquiries while handling them and for up to 12 months after receipt unless a continuing engagement or recordkeeping obligation requires longer retention. Access is limited to the people and systems used to handle requests. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.

What to send

The contact form is for business inquiries. Do not send passwords, banking information, government identity numbers, controlled technical data or confidential bid documents. Any document exchange for a pilot is arranged separately.

BidDesk workspaces

This notice covers the company website. Any BidDesk pilot has a separate agreed scope, access arrangements and applicable data-handling terms before customer documents are processed.
